Statements & Payments

Statements are issued at least 48 hours prior to direct debits being processed.

Northwest Community Childcare has partnered with Debit Success, who are a third party company that uses a gateway system to collect and process your payment.

Families have two payment options - Direct Debit or Credit Card

  • Direct Debit which is fee free option (NWCC covers the transaction fee)

  • Mastercard or Visa, which will incur a 1.87% processing fee

  • American Express, which will incur a 4.40% processing free

For every failed payment - a dishonour fee of $14.95 is charged to your account by Debit Success

To update your payment details, complete a direct debit form and return this via email to bookings@nwcc.com.au

Section Three - Account Transactions for the Statement Period

Section Four - Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Attendance Summary and Provider Information
