New to OSHC?
Starting OSHC is a super fun and exciting time for your child, but it may also be a little overwhelming. Our experienced Educators at our services can answer any questions you may have about the service routine, policies and procedures in place, the menu and the program provided.

We understand that it can feel daunting for parents and children when starting new routines and care.
This is why our Educators work closely with each school to ensure a smooth and safe transition into our service.
The following procedures are in place to provide consistency and safe transitions for new and existing children:
Educator supported pick ups & drop offs for new/younger students
Quiet spaces and comfort areas at each location
On-going communication with families and the school
Access to Educators at every location who are trained and experienced in supporting child wellbeing & development
Kathy the Koala
We are lucky to have ‘Kathy the Koala’ at OSHC who is always there to help any children that might be feeling a little lost or sad. Kathy the Koala gives the best hugs when you need it most!
Our Educators will bring out our Service Mascot for your child to hold for as long as they need to - and not to worry - Kathy takes pride in her hygiene by taking regular baths!
